An electrical design report entitled 'Sustainability Design Advice' summed up k-lec's lighting design as "Clearly following good practice design." When asked how the design could be improved they commented "We have no recommendations"! A typical design efficiency they looked for in this Property was 8-12W/m2 - k-lec design consumes 3.74W/m2 and was a cost effective energy efficient solution.
