We work closely with Clients and Installer to ensure costs are controlled by:
- Estimates based on present market conditions
- Verification of Schedules of Rates
- Clients will be advised if Contractors are trying to buy the work
- If monies are due to either party, they will be informed

Project management is essential to ensure work is carried out within cost and to the appropriate standard. We will:
- Manage all aspects of your electrical work
- Liaise between all parties and coordinate all disciplines
- Do as much or as little as your funding allows
